TALENTED ("we", "us") operates the TALENTED mobile application and website. This Policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, email, date of birth, sport, position, gender, role (athlete or scout), organization (for scouts).
- Content — the videos and posts you upload, comments, messages.
- AI analysis data — features extracted from your videos and the resulting scores.
- Usage — how you interact with the app: views, likes, follows, search history.
- Device — device model, OS version, IP address, crash logs.
3. How we use it
- To run the Service — sign-in, your feed, messages, notifications
- To generate AI scores, analyses, and your Sports CV
- To match athletes with relevant scouts
- To improve our models and product (using anonymized or aggregated data)
- To prevent abuse and keep the platform safe
4. Sharing
We share data with: (a) other users — your public profile and the content you choose to post; (b) service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, payments) under strict confidentiality; (c) authorities if legally required.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. AI processing
Your videos are analysed by automated systems to produce scores and breakdowns. Models may be improved over time using anonymized or aggregated input. You can request that your individual content be excluded from future model training — contact privacy@talented.app.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights: privacy@talented.app.
7. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion. You can delete your account at any time from in-app settings.
8. Children
TALENTED is not for children under 13. If you believe a minor under 13 has registered, please contact us and we'll act promptly.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Use a strong password and keep it private.
