You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload. You grant TALENTED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content for the purpose of operating the Service — including AI analysis and scoring.
5. Acceptable use
- No content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing
- No impersonation, fake accounts, or misleading representations
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated access
- No use of the Service to violate the privacy or rights of others
6. AI-generated outputs
AI scores, analyses, and Sports CV summaries are generated automatically and are intended as guidance only. They are not infallible and should not be the sole basis for any selection, recruitment, or contractual decision.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, the TALENTED brand, and all related software, design, and trademarks are the property of TALENTED. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in them.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TALENTED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
